After nearly a decade working in architectural offices, Carrie discovered a new passion for making during a Furniture Studio at the University of Washington. She received her UW Master of Architecture in 2005, then decided to work in the margins of that field by joining forces with DMA. Carrie has been able to meld the expertise of our fabricators with her architectural experience to propel the level of collaboration we can offer. Her favorite part of her job is also her mission: working with architects and designers to further their understanding and knowledge of what is possible with custom metal fabrication and finishing.
